Mr Lindsay Yelland:
Lindsay is a senior executive with extensive experience in the management, sales and marketing of technology-based companies in Australia, Asia Pacific and North America. His professional roles have included seven years at Telstra Corp. where he was Group Managing Director responsible for Corporate sales and service and prior to that the Group Managing Director for Products and Marketing. He was Chairman of On Australia (Big Pond) and Telstra Saturn (NZ) and on the Board of Telstra Multi-Media Pty Ltd. In addition to being a director of Yambay, Mr. Yelland is a current board member of PaperlinX Pty Ltd, Ideas International Inc, Legion Interactive Pty Ltd and a member of the Advisory Board of Fujitsu Australia. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and The Australian Computer Society.
Mr Stephen Simpson:
Stephen
Simpson was founder, Director and CFO
of Radiata from March 1998 until its sale
to CISCO in February 2001.
Radiata was formed in early 1998 to design,
produce, develop and market integrated
circuit chips sets, software, antennas
and reference designs based on its core
competency in broadband wireless. Radiata
was the world leader in high-speed wireless
LAN technology and was the first company
in the world to successfully produce working
chip sets conforming to the IEEE Standard.
At Radiata, Stephen's responsibilities
and activities included:
- Responsibility for the financial management
of the Group
- Secured the initial Australian Government
Start Grant of $750,000 in May 1998
- Established the Silicon Valley offices,
including all financial, employment, legal
and tax requirements
- Flipped the Australian Group up to a
USA Delaware Corporation and established
the Staff Share Option Plan
- Raised the Series A round of US$10 million
in September 1999
- Single handedly closed the Series A
round within 4 weeks of signed term sheet
with Cisco Systems and Broadcom Corporation
- Secured a second Australian Government
Start Grant of $5.3 million in August
2000
- Negotiated the sale of Radiata to Cisco
Systems for an Australian record price
of $596 million in November 2000
- Managed the due diligence and closure
of the sale to Cisco Systems involving
all the shareholder, employee, legal and
taxation aspects of the deal.

Mr David Bell:
David Bell is a director and advisor to
a number of Australian and Asian based
companies specializing in the technology
and financial markets sectors. His
background is in the management and
development of businesses in the
technology sector with special emphasis
on those companies looking to serve the
Financial Markets space, being an area
where David Bell has over 20 years
direct business experience.
David Bell is Chairman of "Four Bells
Consulting Services". Based in Sydney, he has
brought together a group of highly qualified
associates working together to achieve
excellence in the areas of business strategy,
change management, project analysis and risk
mitigation, architecture and enterprise
applications integration.
David Bell's previous experience covers
management roles in the information, technology,
telecom and banking sectors throughout
Australia, Asia and the US.

Mr Bruce Lyman Company Co-Founder:
Bruce served in the Royal Australian Air Force for twenty years, retiring as an intelligence officer. As a specialist officer seconded to the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT), exposure to and involvement in government trade negotiations sparked business interest. A graduate of James Cook University (BA, South East Asian Studies) and the University of New South Wales (MA, Defence Studies) he has extensive project management and corporate leadership experience in and out of government service. A member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
