CORNERSTONE : TIME CAPTURE

The Cornerstone Time Capture module helps to address each of these issues by utilising the unparalleled identification capabilities of Iris Recognition Technology. Gartner estimates that password or security card administration can cost organizations up to US $220 per employee per year. These costs are all but eliminated when replaced by Iris Recognition Technology.

After a one-off enrolment process, users clock on and off by simply looking into the camera. The iris cannot be transferred like prox cards or pin codes and thus precise time tracking afforded by Iris Recognition provides complete accountability, eliminating payment for time not rendered, estimated at up to 10 minutes per employee per day.

The Time Capture feature is also invaluable in times of emergency. Real time capture reports can be generated letting you know instantly who is on site at all times.

Time Capture logs the Time and Date that a user was recognised but it can also have a Job Code, Location and Clock On code defined with the log entry. Each Clock On event will eventually be related to a matching Clock Off entry and as such can be used for Time Tracking. This is intended for recording time tracking such as people clocking on and off for work.

Job Codes are used to define specific work, tasks, projects etc. Using Cornerstones reporting functionality, Time Capture can easily track and monitor who is working on what
